All returns should be sent by UPS or insured parcel for your protection
and to insure prompt delivery. All returns must have and online
purchase receipt. All return shipping fees are not refundable. If
the package is damaged during shipping, save the box and merchandise
and notify us immediately at 1-800-448-0763.
The carrier will inspect and pick up the damaged package and the
items will be replaced.
